Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist for B2B sales at Ricago, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads by conducting target research, profiling potential prospects, and reaching out to them. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by coordinating with field sales, updating lead databases, and providing general assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process. Key Responsibilities: - Research target segments and profile potential prospects to generate leads. - Contact leads, schedule demos, and conduct first-level demos. - Coordinate with field sales and assist partners in sales support activities. - Update lead database regularly and track relevant metrics. - Provide general support to the sales team and undertake any other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills. - Preferably hold an MBA qualification.
