Job Description

As an Inside Sales Manager in the Adventure Tourism industry in Delhi, you will be responsible for the following: - Handling both Inbound and Outbound leads for adventure travel bookings. - Managing a team of travel consultants and ensuring the achievement of departmental targets. - Assisting in creating promotional campaigns to generate leads from the existing customer database. - Maximizing new lead conversion and cross-selling revenue from existing customers. - Ensuring the proper updating of leads, follow-up, and status on the CRM system. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Have a minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a travel consultant in a call center environment. - Have prior experience in managing a team of tele-sales executives in any industry. - Possess a strong understanding of the sales process, including scripts, rebuttals, and other sales techniques. - Familiarity with using CRM software will be beneficial.,
