Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager with proven experience in online sales to lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the inside sales team to drive online sales growth
• Set clear sales targets, develop action plans, and ensure timely achievement of goals
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide continuous feedback and motivation
• Analyze sales data, reports, and market trends to optimize strategies
• Develop and implement effective sales processes and performance metrics
• Foster a high-energy, performance-driven, and committed work culture
• Collaborate with marketing and senior management to align sales strategies

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

• MBA with specialization in Online / Digital / Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales (apply only if this criterion is met)
• Prior experience managing or leading an inside sales team preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Undri, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
