Inside Sales Educational Counselor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, sincere, and dedicated Inside Sales Educational Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process for our Online MBA programs, managing leads, conducting counseling sessions, and ensuring smooth conversions. The ideal candidate is hardworking, smart-working, and capable of handling extended work hours whenever necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle lead management, follow-up calls, and maintain proper lead records in CRM.
• Conduct cold calling to prospective students and generate interest in the Online MBA program.
• Understand the needs of students and provide accurate information about the course, curriculum, fees, and admission process.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets through effective counseling and follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with potential students to ensure high conversion rates.
• Visit clients or students when required for counseling or documentation purposes.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Work extended hours when required to meet business needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Must be sincere, dedicated, hardworking, and smart-working.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle pressure.
• Prior experience in inside sales, counseling, or education sector is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
