Inside Sales Manager – EdTech

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 4–8 years (Minimum 4 years in EdTech Inside Sales Management)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Manager with a strong background in EdTech sales. This role requires a builder mindset, someone who thrives under pressure, builds and leads high-output sales teams, and is relentless in chasing targets in a high-speed environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of 10+ Inside Sales Executives (BDEs).
  • Own daily/weekly/monthly sales planning and execution. Drive aggressive call volumes, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Work on warm and cold leads. Monitor funnel drop-offs and optimize conversions.
  • Set clear KPIs. Track performance. Drive accountability. Reward top performers and coach low performers.
  • Maintain hygiene and insights on CRM. Share detailed reports with management regularly.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve lead quality, user journeys, and customer experience.
  • Work well in chaos. Solve problems fast. Stay calm under pressure and deliver in crunch timelines.

  Directly accountable for hitting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of Inside Sales experience with 4+ years in EdTech (preferably B2C).
  • Proven ability to build and scale sales teams from scratch.
  • Strong track record of crushing sales targets in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like LeadSquared etc.  Fluent in Hindi and English (Regional language is a plus)
  • Extremely data-driven. Knows how to read dashboards, pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent people leadership and coaching skills.
  • Hunger to grow fast and be part of a mission-led team.


Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience working in Tier 3–4 India-focused EdTech startups.  Played a role in achieving ₹1Cr+ monthly inside sales.
  • Built playbooks and SOPs from scratch.
  • Handled call audits, daily stand-ups, and performance PIPs.
