Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience (freshers are also welcome) and a passion for Edtech. This role offers a competitive salary of up to ₹30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales.

2. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

4. Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services.

5. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall performance.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or tele calling (freshers can apply).

2. Edtech industry experience preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

5. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.

6. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
