Position: Sales Manager Location: FC Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune Job Role This is a sales profile job and we are looking for candidates with good communication for leading a team to drive student enrollments and achieve revenue targets. The job entails:- Lead Conversion, generating revenue for the courses/programs assigned and achieving the monthly targets assigned. Counseling prospective candidates for programs/courses and pitching the suitable course to the prospective enquirers. Lead and manage a team of sales counselors. Skills Required: Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in managing a team and achieving targets Experience in the education industry Work Requirements: Work from Office Profile. Saturday and Sunday mandatory working. One Week off on a week day. Six Days a week - 8.5 hours work shift (DAY SHIFT). Timings 10.30 am to 7.00 pm. Timings may vary as per work schedule.
