Inside sales manager

As a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Manager, your role at Duxbed in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram will be pivotal in leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and mentoring the inside sales team to drive sales performance and achieve company targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, utilizing CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, and guiding the team in overcoming customer objections and maintaining a high conversion rate. Additionally, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, provide ongoing training and development for the inside sales team, monitor sales metrics, and prepare reports for senior management on team performance and results. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record (4+ years) as a Sales Manager or in an Inside Sales role, strong knowledge and experience with CRM software and sales automation tools, expertise in inside sales calling structure, objection handling, and customer acquisition strategies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Preferred skills for this role include previous experience managing remote or hybrid sales teams, the ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly, and industry-specific expertise if applicable.
