Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives at Duxbed in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring the team, and ensuring seamless workflow using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. Additionally, you will guide the team in objection handling, customer acquisition, training, and performance reporting. - Lead Inside Sales Team: Manage and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to drive sales performance and achieve company targets. - Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies, including cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing. - CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, monitor performance, and ensure a smooth workflow. - Objection Handling: Guide the team in overcoming customer objections, closing deals effectively, and maintaining a high conversion rate. - Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Training & Coaching: Provide ongoing training and development for the inside sales team to enhance sales techniques and performance. - Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on team performance and results. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience (4+ years) as a Sales Manager or in an Inside Sales role. - Strong knowledge and experience with CRM software and sales automation tools. - Expertise in inside sales calling structure, objection handling, and customer acquisition strategies. - Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, manage, and mentor a team. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
