Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Client Engagement – Interact with prospective buyers, understand their property preferences, and offer customized solutions.
Sales Strategy – Assist in formulating and implementing sales initiatives to meet company goals and boost revenue.
Project Presentation – Showcase real estate projects effectively through guided site visits, online demos, and personal consultations.
Market Research – Keep track of property market movements, competitor launches, and pricing updates to stay competitive.
Customer Relationship Management – Build strong client relations and ensure a positive customer journey from inquiry to closure.
Sales Support – Provide necessary support to senior sales members with documentation, reports, and consistent follow-ups.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth and successful deal closures.
