JOB TITLE: CSA Inside Sales (Non Field Work)
What Is Expected from the Role?
· Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their queries or concerns.
· No MTI or basic understanding – Clear and fluent speech essential .
· Communicate effectively in multiple languages to address customer needs.
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
· Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution of issues within TAT
(Turnaround Time).
· Should do cross-selling & Up-selling for existing customer .
· Should possess good convincing and sales skills.
· Document interactions accurately in the system.
· Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide voice-based support to customers in multiple languages.
· Troubleshoot basic queries related to products, services, or accounts.
· Deliver high-quality service by maintaining call quality, efficiency, and customer
satisfaction.
· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department/team.
· Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
· Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets (KPIs).
Skills Required:
· Good verbal communication in English, and one regional language + Hindi.
· Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
· Basic computer literacy – familiarity with MS Office, typing, and navigating systems.
· Good problem-solving skills and presence of mind.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility.
