As a Inside Sales Expert, you'll be responsible for driving customer engagement, conducting virtual product demos, and managing end-to-end onboarding. Your role is critical in converting leads into loyal customers and ensuring a smooth product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual product demos tailored to customer needs via Google Meet/Zoom.
  • Handle inbound leads, initiate follow-ups, and close deals efficiently.
  • Manage complete onboarding from signup to activation.
  • Maintain accurate lead & customer records using CRM tools.
  • Gather and share customer insights to improve product and sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Internship or full-time experience( max up to 2 years) in Inside Sales or Customer Support preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
