Inside Sales Executive

As an Educational Program Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students and parents to promote our educational programs. This includes handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments. It is essential to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress while building and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets is a key part of this role. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication and listening skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities are crucial for successfully promoting the educational programs. An interest in sales and customer engagement is highly beneficial, along with the ability to handle objections and resolve queries efficiently.
