Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Inside Sales Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, delivering product presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Account Management and Relationship Building
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team objectives
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in retail or software solutions is an added advantage


Responsibilities

🔹 Pitch and present Wondersoft’s software products clearly and professionally in English; communicate in Hindi when required

🔹 Handle inbound and outbound sales calls/leads across India

🔹 Achieve daily call & lead generation targets and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

🔹 Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

🔹 Conduct product demonstrations online / via calls

🔹 Coordinate calling + email follow-ups across all sales channels

🔹 Work with the prospect database to convert prospects into qualified opportunities

🔹 Update CRM with calls, follow-ups, notes, and lead status

🔹 Follow up with prospects and handle objections confidently & professionally

🔹 Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns, promotions, and customer feedback

🔹 Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and required sales paperwork
