Job Description

Inside Sales Executive Tele-calling

Reporting: Manager Digital Marketing

Role Overview:

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead follow-up through telecalling, engaging with potential customers, and scheduling meetings for the field sales team. The leads will be generated and provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients based on company-provided leads.
Clearly explain the company’s offerings and identify customer needs.
Generate interest and qualify leads through effective communication.
Schedule meetings and demos for the field sales team with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes using the CRM system.
Follow up on leads consistently to ensure maximum conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and feedback.
Meet daily and weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in tele calling or inside sales preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Target-driven and customer-focused attitude.
