Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Rampur. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, and delivering technical support. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining records of client interactions. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Experience in providing Online Support and Technical Support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in sales or a related field is a plus
