Role Overview:

Inside Sales Executives

permanent role as Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and professionals on Skill Stack Hub courses.
Connect with potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and webinars.
Manage the complete sales funnel lead generation to enrollment.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, demos, and enrollments.
Maintain accurate CRM entries and follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers
and
Experienced
candidates are welcome.
Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
Interest in sales, counseling, and EdTech industry.
Ability to work under target-driven environment.
Prior sales/counseling experience will be an added advantage.

On-the-Job Training (OJT) Structure:

Start Date:
15th September 2025
Stipend:
20,000/- per month
Training Covers:

Product knowledge (Skill Stack Hub programs)
Sales pitch & objection handling
CRM training & lead management
Mock calls + live shadowing sessions
Independent sales handling in final week

Post-OJT Compensation & Role:

Fixed Salary:
3.0 - 4.5 LPA
Incentives:
