Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential learners

• Convert leads into enrollments by understanding customer needs and suggesting the right course

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

• Maintain lead data and updates in CRM

• Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams for better conversion rates

• Build long-term relationships with learners and maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or telesales (EdTech experience preferred)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality

• Quick learner with a willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment

• Immediate joiners preferred
