Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our B2B sales operations. The role involves lead generation, cold calling, client relationship management, and converting business opportunities to drive company growth. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Manage B2B sales inquiries and follow up on potential leads. Present company products and solutions to prospective clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture/interior products. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Coordinate with marketing and design teams for proposals and quotations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain daily reports, call logs, and lead updates in CRM/Excel. Stay aware of market trends and competitor offerings. 🧩 Required Skills: Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Strong experience in cold calling and lead conversion. Ability to meet sales targets consistently. Client handling and relationship-building skills. Basic understanding of the furniture/interior industry (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
