Job Title: Live Chat Support Executive Department: Customer Experience / Chat Support Location: Nagole,Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Freshers / 0-2 Years Open Positions: 20 Job Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented Live Chat Support Executives to handle customer interactions via Live Chat and Email channels. The role requires strong communication skills, high typing speed, multitasking ability, and customer-first attitude. The candidate should be able to analyze and resolve issues effectively while adhering to the client’s quality standards. Purpose of the Role: Understand customer issues and provide prompt, clear, and accurate resolutions. Execute assigned transactions as per timelines while adhering to client processes, policies, and SLA targets. Key Requirements: Education: 12 or Any Graduation Typing Speed: Preferred: 35 to 45 WPM (Words Per Minute) Minimum Acceptable: 35 WPM with 100%+ accuracy Basic Operating System understanding Language Proficiency: High-level fluency in written English is mandatory Ability to provide support via Live Chat and Email in English Selection Process: Screening and final selection will be conducted by the Client team. Includes typing test, communication assessment, and interview rounds.
