About the Role:

This position requires a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including its business culture, labor regulations, and emerging industry trends. The ideal candidate will leverage local market insights to identify hiring demands across sectors such as oil & gas, real estate, healthcare, finance, and technology—key drivers of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 economic diversification goals. Success in this role depends on cultural fluency, familiarity with Saudi labor laws (e.g., Saudization policies), and the ability to build trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified sales leads through outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client staffing needs and match them with top talent from our candidate pool.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to streamline candidate submissions and hiring processes.
• Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track client interactions and manage pipelines.
• Provide regular sales performance updates and client feedback to leadership.
