Job Description

Salary range : 15k to 20k per month

Job location : Thane, Wagle Estate

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and investors from our database.
Qualify leads based on their property needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
Nurture leads through regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits or walk-ins for interested buyers.
Assist the sales team by confirming client appointments and tracking meeting outcomes.
Maintain and update the lead management system with accurate and detailed information.
Work closely with sales executives to maximize lead conversion and achieve sales targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections confidently.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.
Well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
Fluency in
Hindi, Marathi, and English
is essential.
Prior experience in
real estate
, tele calling or inside sales is a strong advantage.
