Job Description

Salary range : 15k to 20k per month

Job location : Thane, Wagle Estate


Inside Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and investors from our database.
  • Qualify leads based on their property needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
  • Nurture leads through regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Schedule and coordinate property site visits or walk-ins for interested buyers.
  • Assist the sales team by confirming client appointments and tracking meeting outcomes.
  • Maintain and update the lead management system with accurate and detailed information.
  • Work closely with sales executives to maximize lead conversion and achieve sales targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.
  • Well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
  • Fluency in 

    Hindi, Marathi, and English

     is essential.
  • Prior experience in 

    real estate

    , tele calling or inside sales is a strong advantage.
