• Learn and understand Progressive’s portfolio of IT services and solutions.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision makers.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest.
• Set up introductory calls and meetings for senior sales or technical teams.
• Maintain records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to keep the conversation active.
•  Work with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and campaign responses.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills
