Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote HR services, including Recruitment, Payroll Processing, Virtual HR, and SOP Setup. Understand client requirements and explain the offered services effectively. Identify prospects through cold calling, database management, social media, and networking. Maintain follow-up communication with potential leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Schedule appointments and demos for the senior sales team or conduct virtual meetings as required. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Maintain accurate records in CRM for calls, leads, and client interactions. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the delivery and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Provide timely reports on lead status and conversion ratios.
