Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Maintain accurate records in CRM for calls, leads, and client interactions. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the delivery and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Provide timely reports on lead status and conversion ratios.

Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records & compliance (PF, ESI, PT). Act as HR SPOC for client employees and address queries. Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and HRMS automation. Prepare HR reports and ensure timely communication with clients. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration. 3 years of HR operations experience (service/consulting preferred). Knowledge of payroll & compliance, good communication, and ability to handle multiple clients.
