Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales communication, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. The candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, dealers, architects, and the field sales team, playing a vital role in driving revenue growth from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management:

* Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.

* Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

* Maintain and update CRM/database of leads, prospects, and customer conversations.

* Follow up with potential clients, dealers, architects, and designers for product requirements and order closures.

* Share product details, catalogs, price lists, and availability based on customer needs.

Client Relationship Management:

* Develop strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing product suggestions and quotations accordingly.

* Act as a single point of contact for existing clients, resolving issues and supporting order processes.

* Regularly communicate with dealers and channel partners for sales updates and requirements.

Coordination & Support:

* Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely deliveries and invoicing.

* Assist field sales executives by booking appointments, sharing updates, and tracking follow-ups.

* Maintain records of inquiries, quotes, orders, payments, and dispatches.

Reporting & Analysis:

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS for management.

* Track inquiry-to-conversion ratio and suggest improvements for sales efficiency.

* Monitor competition and customer feedback for market insights.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Education:

* Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Business/Marketing preferred).

Experience:

* Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service, preferably in building materials, interiors, decor products, or B2B domains.

Skills & Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language).

* Confident telephone and email etiquette.

* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools or ERP.

* Ability to understand product specs and explain them effectively to clients.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups.

Work Conditions:

* Location: Office-based role in Mumbai, Maharashtra

* Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

* Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director
