Job Description

About the Role:-

Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:-

Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand customer needs.
Present products clearly and persuasively to generate sales.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and follow up on open leads.
Maintain and update CRM system with accurate lead and interaction data.
Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion.
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide timely resolutions.
Share feedback from market and customers to support product and service improvements.

Requirments:-

1–3 years of experience in
inside sales / telesales / customer success
.
Strong
communication and negotiation
skills (English + Hindi).
Comfortable working with sales targets and high-paced environment.
Good command of
MS Excel, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms
.
Ability to build quick rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
