Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and emails. Qualify leads to determine potential for conversion.Recruiting Resources Product Consultation & Quotation: Provide detailed information on products and services, addressing client queries and offering tailored solutions. Prepare accurate quotations to meet client needs. Sales Execution: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, present product offerings, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Expertia Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.Expertia+1Indeed+1 Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of sales strategies.
