This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with approximately 6 months of experience in sales or customer service, looking to further develop their skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and emails. Qualify leads to determine potential for conversion.Recruiting Resources Product Consultation & Quotation: Provide detailed information on products and services, addressing client queries and offering tailored solutions. Prepare accurate quotations to meet client needs. Sales Execution: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, present product offerings, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Expertia Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.Expertia+1Indeed+1 Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of sales strategies. Desired Qualifications Experience: Approximately 6 months in sales, customer service, or a related field. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
