Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with corporates, startups, and professionals to pitch our event services
  • Promote upcoming networking events, corporate award nights, and brand activations
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp follow-ups
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable event packages
  • Schedule meetings, demos for event planning
  • Build and maintain a strong client database (via CRM)
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or B2B services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in pitching over phone/Zoom/Google Meet
  • Passion for events, networking, and business engagement
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace & CRM tools

Salary: 25k
