Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Coordination & Sales Executive to manage daily interactions with our B2B customers in the dry fruits and dates industry. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, people-friendly, and driven to ensure smooth communication, quick responses, and successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities Create and manage WhatsApp groups with all customers for seamless communication. Share daily updates on stock availability, new arrivals, and pricing in the groups. Engage actively with customers by answering queries, sending follow-ups, and keeping discussions professional and clear. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide the right product solutions. Handle negotiations confidently and work towards closing profitable deals. Maintain records of inquiries, discussions, and finalized orders using simple digital tools. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure consistent business growth. Collaborate with the field sales team and management for smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery. Requirements Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory). Age: 21–30 years (enthusiastic and energetic candidates preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Tech-savvy, comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and digital tools. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism while handling multiple clients at once.
