We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the dry fruits and dates industry. The role involves being the daily point of contact for our B2B customers, building long-term relationships, and driving consistent business growth. This is a dynamic position best suited for someone who enjoys meeting people, exploring new markets, and working in a fast-paced environment. Prior industry experience is not mandatory (but considered helpful) – we value passion, eagerness to learn, and commitment above all. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B customers. Conduct daily follow-ups and client visits to maintain strong relationships. Identify and onboard new reliable bulk buyers of dates and dry fruits. Showcase product samples (including new launches) to customers. Collect and process customer orders on a regular basis. Ensure timely payment collection from clients. Maintain accurate inventory and sales records using digital tools (no manual accounting). Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and product trends. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
