The company's mission is to enhance accessibility and efficiency of assisted reproductive technology for clinics all over India. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Make outbound sales calls to potential clients including Gynecologists, Hospitals & Andrology labs. - Conduct cold calls to generate and develop new leads. - Ensure consistent follow-ups with leads until successful conversion. - Understand the unique requirements of each customer and offer personalized solutions. - Conduct virtual product demonstrations for doctors and hospital owners. - Maintain accurate records of leads and daily activities using HubSpot CRM. - Update sales information in Excel, Word, and CRM systems. - Represent the company in a professional manner with proper telephone and communication etiquette. - Handle objections and rejections positively while maintaining a strong focus on conversion. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. **Requirements:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Tele-sales. - Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. - Confidence in making calls and addressing objections. - Persistent follow-up approach with a focus on conversion. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to product training. - Positive attitude and a desire for personal growth. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Basic knowledge of CRM software, preferably HubSpot. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email communication. **What We Offer:** - Growth opportunities in the rapidly expanding HealthTech industry. - Incentives for achieving sales targets. - Work alongside a team driven by a mission to revolutionize fertility care in India.
