Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Educational Counselor to join our team and drive enrollments for our Online MBA program. The ideal candidate is target-driven, punctual, and a team player, with the flexibility to work extended hours when required. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process and helping them make informed decisions about their education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and counsel prospective students via phone, email, or video calls.
• Understand student needs and provide guidance on Online MBA program offerings, admissions criteria, and career outcomes.
• Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
• Be willing to work extended hours and weekends, especially during peak admission seasons.
• Maintain high standards of punctuality, discipline, and work ethic.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Any stream). MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in EdTech / Education / Online Learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly target-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Hardworking, punctual, and willing to work 6 days a week.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
