Job Description

Role Overview


The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing leads, nurturing prospective students and parents, and supporting the business development team in achieving enrolment and conversion targets. The ideal candidate will come from a service-oriented background such as education, hospitality, healthcare, travel, or banking, and will have strong communication and customer engagement skills.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospect Management


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.


  • Identify potential clients through digital channels, walk-ins, and referral networks.


  • Engage with prospects to understand their interests, goals, and requirements.


  • Qualify and route leads to counsellors or business development managers for conversions.


Sales Coordination & Follow-ups


  • Maintain consistent communication with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.


  • Provide accurate preliminary details on programs, fee structures, and admission processes.


  • Follow up diligently on all leads to ensure maximum conversion.


  • Coordinate with counsellors and the admissions team to support the enrolment process.


CRM & Reporting


  • Accurately record all interactions and lead updates in the CRM system.


  • Track call performance, lead status, and conversion metrics.


  • Generate daily and weekly sales reports to review progress and outcomes.


Customer Experience


  • Deliver a professional, empathetic, and service-focused experience to every student and parent.


  • Address queries and objections effectively to ensure satisfaction.


  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.


  • 2–5 years of experience
    as an Inside Sales Executive, Customer Service Executive, or Client Service Executive — preferably from the education, hospitality, healthcare, travel, or banking industries.


  • Proven experience in lead handling, sales coordination, or customer engagement roles.


  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional language.


  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms.


  • Strong follow-up discipline, negotiation ability, and target-driven mindset.


  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
