Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, assisting prospective clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Core tasks include engaging with potential clients, understanding their training needs, and effectively conveying the value of iCert Global's certification programs. The role also involves achieving sales targets and coordinating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Inside Sales and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Expertise in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and nurture potential clients
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, with a focus on establishing positive client relationships
Experience in Sales and negotiation to drive conversions and close deals
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with effective organization and time-management skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Must be located in Bangalore
Experience in Ed tech Excellent communication skills in English
