Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Sales Bonus structure and no cap on earnings

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

  • Identify and qualify leads using calls, WhatsApp (Chat 360), and call centre platforms (Voxbay).
  • Convert prospects into confirmed bookings, presenting training products professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM software (Administrate).
  • Address objections effectively and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with peers and the Senior Sales Manager to share market insights and best practices.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance objection handling and product knowledge.
  • Provide input for newsletters and promotional activities when needed.
  • Contribute to team results by achieving assigned individual targets.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1–2 years

    of proven sales or inside-sales experience.
