Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop potential leads through online research, CRM, and industry sources.
  • Establish initial contact, understand customer needs and obtain sales enquiries.
  • Prepare and present competitive quotations and follow up to close deals effectively.
  • Manage orders end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and pipelines in CRM systems.
  • Build lasting customer relationships and proactively address sales or service issues.
  • Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-based tools for reporting, lead tracking, and performance analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 2 to 5 years of inside sales or business development experience in the

    semiconductor or electronics industry.

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor products, distribution channels, and sales cycles.
  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written) with global client-handling experience.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms

    and familiarity with

    AI-driven sales tools.

  • High ownership, problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
