Responsibilities: β Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accounts β Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts β Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities β Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts β Ability to handle sales requests from clients on phone/ email/ On Site. β Maintaining existing customers relationship management β Helping new customers to pick the plan that works best for their business. β Answering potential client questions and follow-up calls β Helping to upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements β Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals. Skills Required: β Comfortable making calls and talking to new people. β Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect and interact with clients β Persuasive and goal-oriented β Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor β Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories β Self-motivated and self-directed β Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently β In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry β Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines β Excellent analytical and time-management skills β Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client β Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team β Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
