Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accounts Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts Ability to handle sales requests from clients on phone/ email/ On Site. Maintaining existing customers relationship management Helping new customers to pick the plan that works best for their business. Answering potential client questions and follow-up calls Helping to upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals. Skills Required: Comfortable making calls and talking to new people. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect and interact with clients Persuasive and goal-oriented Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories Self-motivated and self-directed Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines Excellent analytical and time-management skills Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
