Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

Roles and Responsibility

Identify and acquire new customers to increase the bank's retail book
Manage existing customer relationships to enhance their depth and value
Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
Record and track all engagement activities using CRM software
Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the ficial services industry

Job Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
Excellent lead generation and conversion skills with a high sales orientation
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team
Strong knowledge of banking and investment products and services
Familiarity with Android devices and models such as OPPO, VIVO, MI, 1+, Samsung, and Realme
Ability to travel daily to reach out to potential customers and build new relationships
A graduate degree is required for this position
