Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong focus on liability sales < /P>

Roles and Responsibility < /SPAN> < /DIV>

Identify and acquire new customers to increase the bank's retail book < /LI>
Manage existing customer relationships to enhance their depth and value < /LI>
Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization < /LI>
Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system < /LI>
Comply with KYC /SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the ficial services industry < /LI>
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of banking and investment products and services < /LI> < /UL>
Job Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and the local language < /LI>
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills < /LI>
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines < /LI>

- Proficiency in Android devices and versions (10 /11 /12 /13) < /LI>
