Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive (Female) at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination for co-working space enquiries. Your excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and customer-first approach will be key to your success in this dynamic role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to manage customer inquiries. - Maintain and update leads in CRM software, ensuring all interactions are documented. - Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed business. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Provide detailed information about company services, pricing, and offers. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to deliver accurate information. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead management. - Prepare and share periodic sales reports and lead conversion updates with management. - Represent the company professionally in all communications and interactions. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 0 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a similar role. - Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are encouraged to apply. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi is an advantage. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. - Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
