Inside Sales Executive (Female)

As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and requests through phone and email. Additionally, you will manage and maintain sales executives" appointments and answer client/TA inquiries about the products/services. You will also be expected to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to boost sales and enhance customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main contact person for clients, handling their inquiries and requests via phone and email - Manage and organize sales executives" appointments - Respond to client/TA queries regarding products/services - Develop sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement - Stay updated on industry and market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to shape sales strategies - Utilize online portals like India-mart to generate inquiries and convert them into sales Qualifications Required: - Graduation and MBA in Sales and Marketing In this role, you are expected to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and influence customers, team members, and stakeholders.
