Job Description

The Purchase Executive is responsible for procuring goods and services required in a timely and cost-effective manner. They will coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials, supporting the company's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate purchase prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost savings.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, tracking their status from issuance to delivery.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers for seamless procurement.
Monitor inventory levels and anticipate procurement needs.
Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams regarding procurement requirements.
Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and supplier information.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and prices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
