Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospects
within enterprise and mid-market segments using targeted research and outreach.
Schedule qualified appointments
with
C-level executives, VPs, and Directors
across IT, Finance, and Operations.
Execute
high-volume cold calling campaigns
(100 + calls/day) and manage follow-ups to build relationships.
Leverage
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and email outreach to connect with key decision-makers and position Oracle service offerings.
Collaborate with the
Sales Director
to strategize outreach, qualify leads, and meet weekly/monthly appointment goals.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, pipelines, and progress in CRM tools.

Preferred Profile

13 years of experience in
Inside Sales / Lead Generation
within
IT, Software Development or Oracle ecosystem (Fusion, EBS, Cloud, PaaS/SaaS)
.
Proven success in booking
B2B meetings with senior executives (CIO, CTO, VP, Director level)
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with high activity levels (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages).
Ability to write
persuasive cold emails
and use digital channels effectively for lead nurturing.
