Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound inquiries.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional after-sales service.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Develop in-depth understanding of product features and benefits to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Sales Process Management:

    Create and manage a sales pipeline to accurately track prospects through the purchasing process.
  • Order Processing:

    Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct research on market trends and competitors products to stay informed and competitive.
  • Reporting:

    Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management on outcomes and new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bio Sciences or related field; a diploma in marketing is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in life sciences or related products.
