Key Responsibilities:
Managing sales process from opportunity identification to closure
Developing strategies and strong professional network for new client acquisition
Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, Negotiate and finalize contracts with them.
Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for services offered by organization, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Interacting with talent acquisition/recruitment heads, HR heads, and other CXO level people
Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
