Job Description

    Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate the entire sales process from handling inbound/outbound leads to post-sale follow-up ensuring timely and efficient customer service.
  • Collaborate with Australian clients and internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order delivery and fulfillment.
  • Track and monitor the progress of sales orders from initiation to delivery, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

2. Order Management

  • Oversee the complete order processing cycle, ensuring all customer requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Proactively resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or product queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed sales and order status reports for management review.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key Australian clients to ensure consistent satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and provide follow-up support.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.

4. Sales Data Management

  • Maintain accurate, updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and tracking key KPIs related to Australian market operations.
  • Use CRM tools effectively to manage leads, forecasts, and customer databases.

5. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding sales results and market feedback.
  • Support forecasting and assist in adjusting sales strategies based on performance insights.

6. Target-Based Performance

  • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets specific to the Australian market.
  • Track performance closely, collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed goals, and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Preferred candidate profile

End-to-end sales process coordination
Order management & fulfillment Client relationship management

Excellent verbal and written communication (with international/Australian clients)
Strong customer service and follow-up skills Ability to handle client queries, escalations, and feedback professionally

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
