Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, with a target of 150-200 calls daily. You will be delivering engaging sales pitches and presentations, generating and following up on qualified leads, and using consultative selling techniques to meet client requirements. Your goal will be to surpass sales targets while also collecting market insights to identify new opportunities. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and engaging with C-level executives. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are essential. You should be self-motivated and capable of performing well under pressure. Additionally, having a basic understanding of POP terminals, White-label API solutions, and BaaS models will be beneficial. Ideally, you should have experience in selling to startups, NBFCs, banks, or enterprise clients. This position is based in Greater Noida and requires 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position with an immediate to 15 days notice period.
