Our in-house platforms serve global customers across industries, and we are now expanding our Inside Sales team to strengthen our outreach in the US and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects in the US and UK markets.
• Understand customer needs and present DigitalSherpa’s software products effectively.
• Maintain and update CRM with prospect and lead information.
• Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales/technical teams.
• Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and support closure activities.
• Research potential clients and market segments to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English).
• Confident on calls with international customers (US/UK preferred).
• Ability to understand software product value propositions.
• Good listening skills, persuasive communication, and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage (not mandatory).

Preferred Profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in software or IT sales OR
• Freshers with outstanding communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Strong willingness to work in international time zones.
